TC140 Multi-Cleaner Daniele

TC 140 is a versatile alkaline cleaner for industrial and commercial use. It removes release agents, welding and grinding residues, and corrosion inhibitors, as well as grease, oil, and many other types of contaminants from metal, ceramic, glass, plastic, wood, and other surfaces. It has excellent dissolving power for greasy and oily contaminants.

Areas of application

TC 140 can be used to remove all common types of dirt in manufacturing and maintenance, including metal or plastic workpiece surfaces before further processing steps. Due to its high grease-dissolving power, TC 140 can also be used in these applications instead of solvent-based cold cleaners. It is particularly suitable for cleaning plastics processing, vehicle construction, removing release agent residues, and in metalworking and maintenance. TC 140 can also be used to clean aluminum parts in automotive workshops. Always ensure that the area is well ventilated. The product contains harmful fumes.

Material compatibility

TC 140 demonstrates good compatibility with a wide variety of painted and unpainted surfaces. However, when applied to a wide variety of paints and other sensitive surface materials, a test of suitability is always required. Therefore, TC 140 should be tested on a small, inconspicuous area before large-scale application. TC 140 does not attack surfaces made of non-corroded metal. However, it will attack existing corrosion products and metals made of non-stainless steel.

Application

Remove coarse dirt from the surface to be cleaned. Spray the surface to be cleaned from a distance of approximately 20 cm and allow it to work. Then remove the dirt with a cloth or suitable tool. For stubborn dirt, repeat the process and extend the contact time.
